You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please note that certain items, such as pet food, opened grooming products, or personalized items, are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Refund Process

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the return status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

3. Delayed or Missing Refunds

4. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for items that are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@petpalsparadise.com.

5. Return Shipping Costs

For returning items, customers are responsible for shipping costs, except in cases where the product is defective or an error was made on our part. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
